Develop, update, and maintain the airline's comprehensive Emergency Response Plan. Coordinate and conduct regular emergency response drills and exercises. Manage payment proposals for aircraft spare parts, equipment, materials, and technical service supplies. Track and report material stock levels and contract support status. Support the Supply General Manager with procurement of non-contract materials. Coordinate with Finance to monitor and report supplier debts. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Chief Technical Officer and Supply General Manager.
Making decision and recommendation in specific operational functions. Supporting, briefing and/or assisting Duty Manager Aircraft assignment and scheduling through daily aircraft assignment and scheduling control based on operation limitation, technical problem and commercial requirement. Flight authorization and approval through requiring take off/landing/over flight permission for scheduled, chartered, ferry and aircraft transferring flights. Regularly update in-flight service standards, procedures, and service manuals to enhance passenger satisfaction. Manage and oversee in-flight services (e.g., duty-free sales, onboard retail services). Coordinate with the Service Division to collect passenger feedback and distribute service notices to cabin crew. Provide guidance and support to the service team to ensure excellent customer interactions. Supervise cabin crew performance to maintain service standards, professionalism, and the Cambodian cultural spirit of hospitality. Monitor cabin crew members to ensure appropriate BMI, grooming, and professional appearance. Participate in audits and inspections to evaluate service quality, identify improvements, and implement service recovery when necessary. Attend meetings and perform additional tasks as assigned by the Service Department GM.
