Angkormilk is proud to be the pioneering dairy manufacturer in Cambodia, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality products that serve the best interests of Cambodian consumers.
The company obtained its business license from the Ministry of Commerce in October 2013. Construction of our state-of-the-art facility commenced in May 2014 and was completed within a year. Commercial production officially began in September 2015.
As Cambodia’s first dairy factory, Angkormilk remains dedicated to providing premium products at competitive prices, ensuring we meet the diverse needs of our valued customers.

Store Operations Maintain store cleanliness, product display, and brand visual standards. Monitor product quality, expiry dates, and cold-chain requirements. Following Operations Procedures. 3. Customer Service Ensure customers receive accurate product and nutrition consultation. Resolve customer complaints and in-store issues promptly. Maintain customer satisfaction and service standards.

Manage inventory, stock levels, ordering, and product freshness. 2. Store Operations Management Maintain store cleanliness, product display, and brand visual standards. Monitor product quality, expiry dates, and cold-chain requirements. Control store operating costs within the approved budget. 3. People Management Schedule staff shifts and manage attendance. Train and coach sales staff on product knowledge and customer service. Conduct performance evaluations and handle discipline issues when necessary. 4. Customer Service Ensure customers receive accurate product and nutrition consultation. Resolve customer complaints and in-store issues promptly. Maintain customer satisfaction and service standards. 5. Reporting & Compliance Prepare sales, inventory, and manpower reports. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and Vinamilk operating procedures. Be accountable for store audit results.
