1. Sales & Business

  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

  • Analyse sales performance and propose promotional activities.

  • Following sales procedures.

2. Store Operations

  • Maintain store cleanliness, product display, and brand visual standards.

  • Monitor product quality, expiry dates, and cold-chain requirements.

  • Following Operations Procedures.

3. Customer Service

  • Ensure customers receive accurate product and nutrition consultation.

  • Resolve customer complaints and in-store issues promptly.

  • Maintain customer satisfaction and service standards.

Male/Female

职位要求

  • High school required.

  • Minimum 1 years of working experience in a retail store (FMCG preferred) / Fashion store / Restaurant.

  • Strong communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle fast-paced retail operations.

  • Communicating in English.
