Perform contradictory credit analysis on the major credit cases of the bank. Follow up the credit portfolio, the respect of the limits and policy. Perform controls on the completeness of credit files align with the annual control plan. Perform analysis on the Watchlist customer, follow up with respective departments for the evolution and ensure proper updates in the system. Develop recommendations for improving internal controls, operations efficiency, and the adequacy of bank records and recordkeeping. Review bank practices and records for compliancy with established internal policies and procedures. Report control findings and recommendations to appropriate management based on the results of regularly scheduled controls, non-scheduled controls, and at any time when issues need to be addressed by management. Follow up the closing of the internal and external recommendations on timely manner by collecting the evidence. Guide the operational teams to carry out the 1st level controls on the credit related controls. Perform control on the consumer complaint resolution management.
Preparation of Loan Agreements, Security Agreements and Other Agreements for Retails loan and ensure on time completion. Liaise with stakeholders to ensure the cases are properly prepared and executed. Liaising with external lawyers for the implementation and completion of lending related activities. To ensure the completeness of Disbursement Checklist. Responsible on loan early settlement and related documentation issuance. In charge of first level control file checking. Be responsible for credit file preparation for auditor. Be responsible for renewal insurance. Safe keeping of security documents including hard title. To ensure registration of collateral complied with regulatory and bank’s policy, safely keep collateral and legal documents. Assist in administrative functions of the department. Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Conduct the regular finance control and the ALM ratios. Follow up the credit portfolio, the respect of the limits and policy and conduct the contradictory analysis. Report control findings and recommendations to appropriate management based on the results of regularly scheduled controls, non-scheduled controls, and at any time when issues need to be raised to the management. Follow up the closing of the internal and external recommendations on timely manner by collecting the evidence. Prepare risk dashboard for the regular Risk committees.
