GOODHILL is a regional group of companies with operations in Singapore, Malaysia, Cambodia, Myanmar and China.

Incorporated in Singapore in 1973, our head office Goodhill Enterprise (S) Pte Ltd started as a saw-miller and trader in timber logs and sawn timber. The portfolio of products include timber doors, floor tiles and wood decking products.

In 1989, Goodhill ventured into Cambodia and was among the earliest foreign investors. Goodhill Enterprise (Cambodia) Ltd was incorporated in 1991, after the signing of the Paris Peace Accord. In 1993 after the UNTAC elections, operations officially started in Cambodia to serve consumers’ need for quality products at great value. Guided by our vision and mission as well as CARES values, we have since established a reputation as one of the leading sales and distribution companies in the country. We are currently the business partner of many international brands including Procter and Gamble, Perfetti Van Melle, Fonterra, Philips Lighting, Hager, Castrol, Ricoh, Pilot, Staedtler and Asia Pulp and Paper.

Approach customers to introduce and sell products a fixed journey plan. Handling all existing customers. Build and maintain sustainable relationship with customers. Manage sales and collection performance under assign target. Do daily sales and collection report, market information, do merchandising work. Expand new outlets and handle cash collection.
Planning and achievement of Sales Executive-wise Coverage, volume & fundamentals in the assigned area objectives in the assigned area Planning and execution of the promotions & new product launches in the assigned area Works with all Top Stores & leads the Joint business planning with these stores Planning and achievement of Local Initiatives/priorities (Coverage extension plans, Distribution & Visibility drive) Analysis and planning of business SE-wise/ customer-wise / Product category/ SKU-wise for the assigned area Skill upgradation of Sales Executives & Merchandisers: ✓ Audit the BCP process, initiative execution, etc. ✓ Track Sales Executive & Merchandiser skill ✓ Impart regular in-market/classroom training as per the training calendar ✓ Delivery of the conceptual selling process Participates in the site Joint Business Planning process Leads Business Team reviews in the Canvas meetings Ongoing Performance review of his/her team of Sales executives & Merchandisers Records and reports Ensure proper collection for assigned area
Handle monthly sales target following GHc objective. To maintain business growth MTD and YTD following GHc goal. Following Daily call plan and monthly routine plan properly. Ensure product availability and brand visibility. Manage existing and recruit for new outlets. Maintain and improve sales performance following sales KPIs such as active store, productivity, outlets coverage to build strong distribution channel under territory assigning. Product listing by brand and SKUs. Implementation key initiative program to meet the objective and expectation. Propose for key action plan to improve and gain more sales volume. Market observation and competitor updated. Prepare daily sales report and other report in require. Another task assigned by supervisor.
