Warehouse Solution Design (Customer Facing) • Support the development of new customers, either with existing client contact or by supporting the sales team for RFQ, site visit and presentation • Analyse customer requirements and support Q&A sessions • Design and propose warehousing solutions according to customer needs • Evaluate resources, MHE, investments, EDI, automation and innovation opportunities, etc. • Provide cost analysis and rates using cost model • Build RFQ technical proposal and present the solution to customer Project Management • Work closely with Project Management Team for solutions handover upon project award • Support in solutions adjustment during project implementation phase if needed • Cost and budget follow-up Commercial Package/Costing Tools • Support Business Development team to create up-to-date commercial packages showcasing Company’s expertise and know-how • Support Business Development team to improve internal costing and analytics tools • Owner of solutions innovation, e.g., automations and robotics
 Lead, coordinate, and monitor daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory, and distribution.  Review warehouse planning methods, warehouse storage and layout plans.  Determine warehouse storage system strategy using knowledge of changes in conditions, operations and  the environment and its impact to outcomes.  Review warehouse operations through application of supply chain and business management principles.  Develop warehouse operations performance goals using quality management knowledge.  Review warehouse strategy for alignment across different functions.  Organize planning of resources within business activities.  Review business processes improvement solutions to determine effectiveness.  Formulate mitigating actions or contingency plans for risks associated with process changes.  Motivate colleagues at organizational level to develop innovative solutions for driving change.  Manage the implementation of environmental protection policies and procedures.  Enforce corporate social responsibility policies for warehouse operations.  Build a culture of business process improvements that extend beyond project lifecycle.  Drive WSH activities to ensure department’s compliance to requirements  Lead proactive changes based on WSH risk assessment reports to determine hazards.  Adjust operational plans in an agile manner, with rapid deployment of alternatives to the situation.  Check and verify before approved on request purchases anything.  Conduct performance evaluations, training programs, and professional development initiatives.  Foster a positive work culture with strong communication and collaboration.  Serve as the primary contact for client operational inquiries and issue resolution.  Collaborate with internal teams to meet client requirements and operational KPIs.  Develop and manage the operations budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation.  Implement technology and automation tools to streamline operations.  Analyze trends and data to identify operational bottlenecks and recommend solutions.  Other task assigned by management.

Procurement Strategy & Policy Develop and implement procurement policies, SOPs, and controls Build an annual procurement plan aligned with operational forecasts and capex/opex budgets. Establish sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, service levels, and sustainability initiatives. Sourcing & Contract Management Lead the end-to-end procurement cycle: RFQ/RFP issuance, vendor evaluation, negotiation, contracting, and purchase order issuance. Develop, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with group policies and local regulations. Monitor supplier performance, enforce SLAs, and drive supplier development and rationalization where needed. Governance & Compliance Ensure transparent procurement processes and adherence to corporate governance standards, anti-bribery, and conflict of interest policies. Handle procurement approval workflow, with payment processing handled by F&A. Support audits and internal controls, maintaining clear documentation and compliance traceability. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Operations, Facilities, IT, and Projects teams to anticipate procurement needs and align sourcing activities. Work closely with F&A on budgeting, spend tracking, and payment timelines without compromising process independence. Data Analytics & Reporting Track procurement KPIs including cost savings, supplier performance, lead times, and compliance metrics. Provide monthly procurement dashboards and ad-hoc reports for management visibility.
Overseeing Outbound Shipments: Supervising the process of picking, packing, and shipping orders to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels to ensure that products are available for shipment and managing stock rotation Quality Control: Ensuring that all outbound shipments meet quality standards and customer requirements Safety Compliance: Enforcing safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment Process Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in outbound processes and implementing changes to enhance efficiency Customer Communication: Coordinating with customer service and logistics teams to address any issues related to outbound shipments Reporting: Generating reports on outbound activities, including shipment accuracy, order fulfillment rates, and team performance To incident and complains; including vehicle accident, transportation service complaint To prepare managerial report To arrange appropriate workface To comply with the SOP To archive and improve internal KPI /SLA
Study client’s requirement and provide optimal logistics operating solutions. Work closely with operations to identify any out-of-scope requests, generate change request forms and update standard operating procedures. Be the key point of contact between business and its clients, building strategic partnerships, overseeing business performance to strengthen existing client relationships. Maintain up-to-date client profile with contract expiry dates and perform contract renewal with clients nearing to the expiry dates. Be able to negotiate rates and service scopes with existing clients. To support implementation of projects handover, and on occasion, take the lead to develop and cross-functional implementation of value-added supply chain solutions. Consistently monitor our service standards and work with our operations team to drive suppliers and operation teams across all areas of responsibility ie lead times, complaints, escalation.
