Procurement Strategy & Policy

• Develop and implement procurement policies, SOPs, and controls
• Build an annual procurement plan aligned with operational forecasts and capex/opex budgets.
• Establish sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, service levels, and sustainability initiatives.

Sourcing & Contract Management

• Lead the end-to-end procurement cycle: RFQ/RFP issuance, vendor evaluation, negotiation, contracting, and purchase order issuance.
• Develop, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with group policies and local regulations.
• Monitor supplier performance, enforce SLAs, and drive supplier development and rationalization where needed.

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure transparent procurement processes and adherence to corporate governance standards, anti-bribery, and conflict of interest policies.
• Handle procurement approval workflow, with payment processing handled by F&A.
• Support audits and internal controls, maintaining clear documentation and compliance traceability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Operations, Facilities, IT, and Projects teams to anticipate procurement needs and align sourcing activities.
• Work closely with F&A on budgeting, spend tracking, and payment timelines without compromising process independence.

Data Analytics & Reporting

• Track procurement KPIs including cost savings, supplier performance, lead times, and compliance metrics.
• Provide monthly procurement dashboards and ad-hoc reports for management visibility.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in logistics, manufacturing, or FMCG environments within a multinational or large local organization.
• Proven track record in sourcing, negotiation, vendor management, and contract management. •
• Experience establishing or professionalizing procurement processes is highly desirable.

• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Deep understanding of procurement workflows and MS Office tools.
• High integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to transparent governance.
