Plan and execute sales activities as per assigned by Manager. Working with sales team to closely maintain monthly sales progress with existing and new key accounts and provide new sales strategies to win market shares. Arrange and participate in marketing events, brand awareness and sale events. Follow up sales plans/sales reports and A/R collection report. Keep track and maintain stock in-out report, sale data report, meetings and presentations. Other tasks assigned by Manager.
Regular visit/meet prospects and key accounts as per assigned plan, weekly and monthly basis. Develop basic product knowledge updates, arrange marketing event for brands and company representation to promote awareness and sales. Closely follow up sale plans/sale orders for customers and process docs with internal team at warehouse and head office. Conduct product market trend survey and competitor survey. Keep track and maintain sales report, meeting and presentation. Result oriented performance.
Develop and manage strong relationships with on-trade accounts, including bars, clubs, restaurants, lounges, and hotels. Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets Negotiate and implement commercial agreements, including pricing, promotions, and activations. Work closely with trade marketing teams to plan and execute brand activations, promotions, and events at partner venues. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities. Ensure proper visibility, product availability, and brand presence in all assigned outlets. Conduct regular outlets visits to build rapport, ensure compliance, and support brand growth Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to management Support new product launches and ensure strong distribution and activation in on-trade channels Uphold company standards, compliance, and brand guidelines in all trade interactions
Team Supervision & Support Oversee daily activities of the sales team (indoor and outdoor). Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure target achievement. Support staff in closing difficult deals and resolving customer objections. Audit & Credit Control Verify customer credit limits and payment history before deal approval. Audit sales reports, invoices, and team documentation for accuracy. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures. Customer Interaction Greet and assess key customers, especially for high-value or sensitive cases. Handle escalated complaints and ensure smooth onboarding. Occasionally join outdoor sales visits to support team or close deals directly. Operational Management Design and improve sales workflows, reporting formats, and follow-up systems. Coordinate with finance, logistics, and admin teams to ensure smooth operations. Track KPIs, prepare weekly/monthly performance reports. Training & Coaching Conduct role-play sessions and training for new and existing staff. Guide team on credit handling, customer communication, and deal closure techniques.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the field. Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers. Gather market intelligence and analyze customer needs. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Attend trade shows and networking events to promote our brand. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Provide regular feedback and reports to management on sales activities.
Assembly & Operation: Feed raw materials into machines, operate production equipment, assemble parts/products by hand or with tools. Quality Control: Monitor production, inspect finished goods, identify/remove faulty products, and report defects. Maintenance: Keep workstations and machinery clean, assist with minor equipment adjustments, and report issues. Packaging & Logistics: Pack finished items, label products, prepare for shipment, and manage raw material storage.
• Monitor and track budget allocations, ensuring compliance with financial targets. • Monitors inventory levels and works closely with purchasing and procurement teams to determine necessary raw materials are available when needed to prevent delays. • Creates detailed, actionable production schedules or project timelines based on forecasts, customer orders, material availability, and resource capacity, ensuring optimal flow and timely completion. • Tracks production or project progress against the planned schedule, identifies bottlenecks or deviations, and proactively adjusts plans and schedules in real-time to mitigate risks and resolve conflicts.
• Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment, machinery, or assembly tools following standardized work instructions and safety protocols. • Perform routine in-process quality checks and visual inspections on materials, components, and finished products to ensure conformance to specifications and tolerances. • Load, feed, and manage raw materials or components into machines and transfer finished goods or assemblies to the next station or staging area. • Accurately complete production logs, batch records, quality forms, and performance data (e.g., output counts, scrap rates) as required by the production process. • Strictly to all safety procedures (including Lockout/Tagout procedures, PPE use); perform basic troubleshooting and routine cleaning/maintenance to keep machinery running smoothly.
