• Promote and sell products or services in outdoor or field locations, engaging directly with potential customers. • Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to generate interest and increase sales. • Identify and approach new prospects, building brand awareness in assigned areas or territories. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and daily performance reports. • Set up promotional booths or displays, ensuring materials are organized, attractive, and aligned with branding guidelines.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis (e.g., demographic, market, operational metrics) to develop accurate forecasts for future demand, resource needs, or staffing requirements. • Develop, document, and present comprehensive plans, proposals, or reports (e.g., strategic plans, land use plans, production schedules) that align with organizational objectives and budgets. • Review plans and proposals to ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements, zoning codes, and internal policies (e.g., environmental, financial, or safety standards). • Serve as a key liaison between internal departments (e.g., Finance, Operations, Engineering) and external agencies or the public to facilitate plan integration and feedback. • Track the implementation and execution of approved plans, identifying variances, managing change requests, and developing corrective actions to keep projects or production on schedule.

Plan and execute sales activities as per assigned by Manager. Working with sales team to closely maintain monthly sales progress with existing and new key accounts and provide new sales strategies to win market shares. Arrange and participate in marketing events, brand awareness and sale events. Follow up sales plans/sales reports and A/R collection report. Keep track and maintain stock in-out report, sale data report, meetings and presentations. Other tasks assigned by Manager.
Regular visit/meet prospects and key accounts as per assigned plan, weekly and monthly basis. Develop basic product knowledge updates, arrange marketing event for brands and company representation to promote awareness and sales. Closely follow up sale plans/sale orders for customers and process docs with internal team at warehouse and head office. Conduct product market trend survey and competitor survey. Keep track and maintain sales report, meeting and presentation. Result oriented performance.
Develop and manage strong relationships with on-trade accounts, including bars, clubs, restaurants, lounges, and hotels. Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets Negotiate and implement commercial agreements, including pricing, promotions, and activations. Work closely with trade marketing teams to plan and execute brand activations, promotions, and events at partner venues. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities. Ensure proper visibility, product availability, and brand presence in all assigned outlets. Conduct regular outlets visits to build rapport, ensure compliance, and support brand growth Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to management Support new product launches and ensure strong distribution and activation in on-trade channels Uphold company standards, compliance, and brand guidelines in all trade interactions
