Involve in setting sale target for the team. Meet and exceed the set targets Check and follow-up sales activities and sale plans. Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, new products, promotion techniques, etc. Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of customers to increase our share in the market. Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; marketing recommendation to management. Educate sales team by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth. Manage the quality customer portfolio, maintain accurate records, and always follow the company’s policies and compliance procedures. Perform other duties as assigned from the management team
Ensure that sale target as set per month is achieved Build a strong relationship with customers Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sale report to supervisor or manager Perform daily tasks of sales transaction Manage and update accurate customer profile Use CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer information, and update progress toward targets Perform other duties as assigned from the management team

Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and exceptional customer experiences. Manage and train staff to enhance performance and develop a customer-focused team. Utilize data management skills to analyze sales trends and enhance operational decisions. Maintain inventory levels and coordinate restocking efforts. Implement marketing strategies to drive store sales and improve customer engagement.

Team Supervision & Support Oversee daily activities of the sales team (indoor and outdoor). Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure target achievement. Support staff in closing difficult deals and resolving customer objections. Audit & Credit Control Verify customer credit limits and payment history before deal approval. Audit sales reports, invoices, and team documentation for accuracy. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures. Customer Interaction Greet and assess key customers, especially for high-value or sensitive cases. Handle escalated complaints and ensure smooth onboarding. Occasionally join outdoor sales visits to support team or close deals directly. Operational Management Design and improve sales workflows, reporting formats, and follow-up systems. Coordinate with finance, logistics, and admin teams to ensure smooth operations. Track KPIs, prepare weekly/monthly performance reports. Training & Coaching Conduct role-play sessions and training for new and existing staff. Guide team on credit handling, customer communication, and deal closure techniques.
Introducing Oracle hardware products including servers, storage systems, and tape libraries • Install and configure SAN switches (Cisco MDS, Brocade) • Set up virtualization on Oracle x86 and SPARC servers • Manage Oracle hardware using ALOM and ILOM (e.g., firmware upgrades, system monitoring) • Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers • Collaborating with Oracle backend support to resolve issues • Create and manage service requests for customer issues • Perform hardware part replacements as needed • Conduct Oracle hardware maintenance and prepare reports for clients
