• Process and track all incoming sales orders and quotations, ensuring accuracy of pricing, product codes, and customer information before submission. • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping details, and inventory availability. • Manage the sales team's schedule and CRM data, including updating contact information, logging activities, and generating basic pipeline reports. • Prepare and format sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for the account executives. • Coordinate with the Logistics and Accounting departments to resolve shipping discrepancies, billing errors, or payment issues related to customer orders.

Closed Weekly and Monthly Cost Report • Posting cost report in system timely basic • Spot check document attached and record to make sure it corrected • Supporting closed cost allocate and updated job both system and manual. • Support in Monthly physical stock count, input and reconcile with warehouse. • Assist cost supervisor to ensure monthly cost of goods sold by project accurate. • Assist cost supervisor for closed cost allocation by project and reconcile job posting. • Supporting supervisor/manager to ensure costing report are closed by timely and reconciliation. 3.
