Job Summary An experienced finance professional to support financial planning, reporting, compliance, and internal controls for a growing manufacturing business in Phnom Penh. This role ensures accurate records, timely tax filings, and strong financial performance while supporting audit readiness and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities ● Prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reports to support sound business decisions. ● Monitor month-end close activities, reconcile accounts, and ensure accurate and timely reporting. ● Track KPIs, financial metrics, and ROI to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities. ● Manage tax reporting, annual tax return preparation, and compliance with local accounting and tax laws. ● Support internal and tax audits, ensuring timely responses, documentation, and full regulatory compliance. ● Review procurement processes and internal controls to strengthen compliance and operational efficiency. ● Advise on QIP and Non-QIP sales and expense allocation in line with business license requirements. ● Provide guidance and training to staff on accounting processes, controls, and financial procedures. ● Assist in setting financial targets, managing risks, and supporting long-term planning objectives. ● Perform other duties assigned by the Finance Manager to support departmental goals.
