Job Summary
Manager, Supply Chain at TOA Coating (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. is responsible for leading end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, inventory management, production planning, customs clearance, warehousing, logistics, and distribution. The role ensures product availability, operational efficiency, inventory optimization, regulatory compliance, and on-time delivery while supporting business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Planning
- Lead demand and supply planning processes to align sales forecasts, inventory targets, and production capacity.
- Review and approve production plans based on sales forecasts, inventory requirements, and operational capacity.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Procurement teams to ensure timely material availability and business continuity.
- Monitor supply chain performance and recommend improvement actions to support business objectives.
Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
- Implement inventory control measures to prevent stock shortages, excess inventory, and obsolete stock.
- Review and approve RM/PK requests to support smooth production operations.
- Review and approve FG requests to meet customer demand and delivery schedules.
- Analyze inventory trends and optimize inventory turnover and working capital.
Logistics, Warehousing & Distribution
- Manage transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure efficient operations and on-time delivery.
- Develop and improve warehouse processes, storage utilization, and material handling practices.
- Lead warehouse layout planning and capacity improvement projects.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through effective stock control and cycle count programs.
- Monitor logistics performance and implement cost-effective distribution solutions.
Customs Clearance & Regulatory Compliance
- Oversee import and export operations, including customs clearance activities and shipping documentation.
- Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government authorities to ensure timely clearance of shipments.
- Ensure compliance with Cambodian customs regulations, import/export requirements, and company policies.
- Monitor customs clearance lead times and resolve operational issues to avoid delivery delays.
Process Improvement & KPI Management
- Design and implement standardized workflows and operating procedures across the supply chain function.
- Establish and monitor KPIs related to planning, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and customs operations.
- Prepare management reports and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and service performance.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer service levels.
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and develop the Supply Chain team to achieve departmental objectives.
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Conduct performance reviews and identify development opportunities for team members.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Promote a strong safety culture across warehouse and logistics operations.
- Support internal and external audits as required.
