Identify business opportunities from retail, commercial and institutional clients and understand customer’s lending needs and provide suitable solutions through consultation. Monitor and Support Personal Banker Generate own lend Training to Personal Banker, and Credit and Business Activities Introduce, promote, and market all bank’s products & services inclusive loans or deposits products, bank card, digital banking, fee-based transaction services, other service delivery channels & etc. Expand the client based through networking, business referral, constant follow-up, cold calls & etc. Attend to all customer enquiries, feedback, complaints on the bank’s products & services. Ensure complaints are resolved expediently and to customers’ satisfaction. Attend & assist to customer needs in bank’s products & services application. Collect and prepare all required documents / information from customers for all products & services including deposit & loan application and timely closure of business deals & in compliance with bank’s regulated policy. Keep track of own sales performance, productivity & activities and prepare individual business performance reports. Leverage and expand customer relationship to maximize referral, cross selling and new business opportunities and contribute to the success of business by initiating and participating in various cold-calling and Sales/Marketing Activities (to meet target loan and qualified customers) Provide high standard of service to all customers at all times and address all customer’s complaints/issues in the professional manner. To oversee the whole branch operations, deposit and loan functions within an assigned branch to implement and lead the branch’s sales towards its set targets by providing direction, planning, and training to staff and maintaining communication between branch and upper management as well as to keep customers satisfied and continued profitability of the Branch. Manage the branch’s business to deliver outstanding results in all areas including loan and deposit growth, revenue growth, performance & productivity, and the branch’s profit. Communicate the strategic plan/direction from Head Office and develop action plan within branch market areas to improve the public’s trust, sales and cross-selling of the branch. Create effective referral networks, including internal business relationships, existing customers and other local market activities to broadly promote the branch’s products and services. Stay informed about the features and benefits of the bank’s products and services. Regularly train and motivate staff to effectively cross-sell these offerings. Additionally, provide training on all new products and refresh training on core competencies for each staff member. Monitor the settlement of loans repayments and analyze the credit reports including client’s collateral with individual Personal Banker by ensuring accurate credit quality reporting. Drive team to achieve the branch’s set targets (KPIs) both deposits and loan targets by monitoring a quality loan portfolio of the lending team/personal bankers and all routines-related transactions both within front-end and back-end branch operations. Monitor the implementation of the bank’s service standard to ensure consistency in service quality and delivery in order to meet and exceed customer expectations as well as to retain the branch’s key accounts. Exercise authority concerning staffing, training, performance appraisals, promotions, career development, salary actions and termination to effectively and efficiently manage a branch’s human resources and ensure productivity and morale. Lead the branch regular meetings to keep the team informed of the information obtained and vice versa, strengthen the team’s collaboration as well as to help provide better input or action plans to achieve each individual KPIs. Keep a close eye on the bank’s local competitors for what they are doing and how they are performing to make an effective plan to gain market share. Maintain communication between the branch and upper management by preparing and/or approving daily, weekly, and month-end reports regarding operations and productivities, writing memos and attending management meetings. Educate staff consistently on the bank’s policies and procedures as well as the branch’s operational standards and requirements to minimize the branch’s operational risk. Resolve major staff complex issues and provide amicable solutions for all to maintain staff motivation and retention. Coordinate internal and external audits, oversee banking operations, and provide support to the Deputy Branch Manager and all branch staffs. Performed other tasks as assigned.
