An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Assist the Compliance team in reviewing, formatting, and updating internal compliance policies, procedures, and training materials.
  • Ensure documentation is clearly written, accessible, and accurately reflects current regulatory mandates.Help organize and maintain records required for regulatory audits and examinations, including licensing, reporting filings, and communication logs.
  • Accurately input and update compliance data in monitoring systems or risk management platforms.
  • Assist in preparing materials for employee compliance training sessions (e.g., presentations on insider trading, AML, or ethics).
  • Coordinate scheduling and track employee attendance for mandatory compliance training programs.

  • Fresh or year 3/4 student
  • Able to work full-time job (8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday to Half Saturday)
  • Able to speak  English well
  • Good at Ms. office
  • Male/Female is preferred
