Lead design reviews at every stage of development — concept, prototype, validation, and production. 2. Concept Development & Innovation Initiate and manage concept ideation for new scooter models, variants, and accessories. Collaborate with market research and product planning teams to translate consumer insights into design solutions. Integrate sustainability, lightweight materials, and new mobility technologies (EV, connectivity) into designs. Foster innovation through advanced design tools, trend studies, and concept exploration. 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Marketing teams to ensure design feasibility and brand alignment. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for materials, finishes, and components. Support prototype development, clay modeling, and digital validation processes. 4. Brand & Aesthetic Integrity Ensure all Vespa models reflect the brand’s premium Italian design language and emotional appeal. Maintain design consistency across global markets while adapting for local preferences and regulations. Oversee color, material, and finish (CMF) strategies for each model line. 5. Team & Process Management Manage a multidisciplinary design team (industrial, graphic, CMF, UX for digital dashboards, etc.). Set project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards. Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and craftsmanship. Collaborate with external design studios and consultants when required. 6. Quality, Cost & Timeline Control Balance creative aspirations with cost, weight, and manufacturing constraints. Track project schedules, resources, and design milestones to meet launch targets. Ensure design validation through prototyping and testing phases.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, and service workshops. Monitor and manage spare parts inventory, ensuring availability and accuracy. Coordinate with the warehouse team for timely dispatch and delivery of spare parts. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally. Position Overview The PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) Officer is responsible for carrying out thorough inspections and quality checks of all two-wheelers before delivery to customers or Dealers. The role ensures vehicles meet manufacturer standards, safety guidelines, and dealership quality benchmarks. The PDI Officer plays a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and maintaining brand reputation by ensuring every vehicle is delivered in perfect condition. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive pre-delivery inspection of all new vehicles according to OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) standards. Ensure all safety and functional parameters are tested and verified. Maintain Stock & Consignments Record and update inspection findings in PDI checklist and system records. Coordinate with workshop/service team to resolve any defects, faults, or discrepancies before vehicle delivery. Monitor and maintain availability of PDI tools, equipment, and checklists. Report recurring quality issues to Aftersales Manager for corrective action. Ensure timely completion of PDI process to meet customer & Dealer delivery schedules. Campaign Support & Coordination Assist in planning influencer campaigns and collaborations. Share creative briefs and guidelines with influencers. Coordinate timelines, content submissions, and posting schedules. Follow up for content approvals and revisions if needed. 3. Relationship & Community Management Build and maintain positive relationships with influencers and content creators. Support the planning and execution of influencer meets, rides, and events. Help in sending PR packages, invites, and Vespa merchandise to creators. 4. Content Tracking & Reporting Monitor live influencer campaigns and ensure timely delivery of content. Track campaign metrics: likes, shares, reach, and engagement. Assist in preparing post-campaign reports with key insights and learnings. 5. Coordination with Internal Teams Liaise with digital, creative, and brand teams for content alignment. Ensure brand tone, visuals, and key messages are followed in all influencer content. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in influencer/KOL marketing or digital marketing. Good understanding of social media platforms and influencer trends. Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills. Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
