● Record and reconcile daily transactions, invoices, receipts, and payments accurately
● Prepare journal entries, general ledger updates, and monthly closing support
● Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely follow-up and payment processing
● Assist with bank reconciliations, cash flow tracking, and expense verification
● Maintain proper accounting documentation, filing, and financial records for audit readiness
● Support budget monitoring, cost control, and basic financial reporting activities
● Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate data entry

职位要求

● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
● Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar accounting role, preferably in healthcare
● Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
● Ability to prepare reconciliations, journals, and routine month-end support
● Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
● High attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality, and time management
● Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
● A proactive team player who can work independently and meet deadlines
