• Maintain and oversee the billing system to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Generate invoices, account statements, and follow up on overdue customer balances.
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure all cash/check deposits are accurately recorded and deposited to the bank.
• Maintain proper accounts receivable records, files, and documentation.
• Produce monthly financial and management reports related to AR performance.
• Support financial analysis and contribute to general financial management activities.
• Prepare and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly AR reports.
• Train and provide ongoing coaching new accountant team members.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Accounting Manager.

Years of Experience:3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably with AR responsibilities.

Languages:Good English communication skills.

Education:Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.

Essential Skills: 

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Advanced Excel.
• Experience in accounting software or system.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• High sense of responsibility, integrity, and commitment to deadlines.
