Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor to oversee daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, support month-end closing, and help maintain compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
● Supervise daily accounting activities, including entries, reconciliations, and document control.
● Review account balances, bank reconciliations, and supporting schedules for accuracy.
● Support month-end and year-end closing, reporting, and financial statement preparation.
● Ensure compliance with internal controls, tax rules, and accounting procedures.
● Coordinate with finance teams and other departments to resolve accounting issues promptly.
● Monitor accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger transactions for completeness.

职位要求

● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
● 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a supervisory or senior role.
● Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
● Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software systems.
● High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong analytical skills.
● Good communication, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
● Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and support team performance.
