An Exciting Opportunity for ...

1、Responsible for registering and filing company vehicle assets, including basic vehicle information, documentation, and ownership details;
2、Timely update changes in vehicle status (e.g., in use, under maintenance, idle, transferred, scrapped, etc.) to ensure consistency between the system and actual situation;
3、Maintain the vehicle asset ledger, regularly verify data to ensure information is complete and accurate;
4、Collaborate with operations, fleet management, and finance teams to provide vehicle information inquiries and documentation support;
5、Assist in vehicle inventory checks and participate in asset verification and reconciliation;
6、Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

职位要求

1、Good command of Chinese with clear written and verbal communication skills;
2、Proficient in computer use, especially Excel and Word, and capable of organizing data using spreadsheets;
3、Detail-oriented, patient, responsible, and sensitive to data accuracy;
4、Prior experience in asset management, fleet management, administration, or data entry is preferred.
