1. Drive execution of pricing, promotions, assortment, and space rental agreements to achieve sales and margin targets.
2. Plan and deliver promotions and in-store campaigns in coordination with Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain.
3. Negotiate and manage supplier agreements, monitor category performance, pricing, and costs, providing actionable insights to the Category Manager.
4. Ensure stock availability and optimize inventory, managing slow-moving, overstock, and short-expiry items.

1. Sales & Margin: Achievement of category sales, revenue, and margin targets.
2. Promotion & Campaign Execution: Timely and accurate implementation of promotions, in-store activities, and campaigns.
3. Supplier & Category Management: Effective supplier agreements, cost control, and actionable performance insights delivered to the Category Manager.

Decisions Owned:

• Execute day-to-day pricing, promotions, assortment, and stock management within agreed guidelines.
• Coordinate operational activities with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely in-store execution.
• Identify stock issues, including slow-moving, overstock, or short-expiry items, and recommend corrective actions.

Decisions Escalated:

• Assortment or promotion decisions with financial impact.
• Supplier agreements or space rental terms below the targeted space rental fee.
