  • Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, generating actionable insights
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate findings clearly to the BPR Team Head and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and implement data-driven decision-making
  • Maintain proper documentation of data analysis processes and outputs
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and performance tracking
  • Stay updated with the latest data analytics tools, techniques, and industry best practices
  • Participate in training, workshops, or knowledge-sharing sessions related to data analytics when available
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks: Other tasks assigned by line manager

职位要求

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as statistics, mathematics, or computer science.
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis
  • Proficient and experienced with data mining, machine learning, statistical analysis, and data analysis software, such as SAS, R, or Python.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to change
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
