  • Providing care for hospitalized patients.
  • Delivery of home care services to patients.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment in inpatient wards.
  • Assisting medical staff in their duties.
  • Performing other tasks as assigned by managers.

职位要求

  • Minimum education: Completion of secondary school (recommended).
  • Physical fitness to handle patient care duties (no medical conditions or physical limitations that could affect the work).
  • Fluency in Khmer and basic communication in English, with a willingness to continuously improve English language skills.
  • Polite and honest personality.
  • Good communication skills
  • Respectful attitude toward others
  • Strong willingness to learn and expand knowledge in healthcare.
  • Ability to work with others as teamwork.
  • A desire to help people.
  • Working hours: 198 hours/month
  • Days off: Rotational schedule with 2 days off per week.
  • Day Shift: 8:00– 18:00 (includes a 1-hour lunch break)
  • Night Shift: 17:00 – 9:00
  • Salary: Based on our policy/ Up to your achievement and contribution
  • Pay change: Evaluated and updated twice a year (January and July)
