Daily/weekly/regular tasks and activities:
1.Greets all customers promptly, provide timely professional services.2.Provide excellent customer serivce by listening to customer inquiries and requests and asking question to ensure understanding.3.Ensure invoice totals are accurate.4.Monitors cash flow of Service Department AR & AP.5.Sets up and maintains filing system for accounts.6.Manage petty cash.
Key financial responsibilities under the administration of the role
1.Follow up with customers regarding unpaid Invoices.2.Maintains composure in dealing with customers.3.Ensures receipts are consistent with repair order totals.4.Refers customers who have additional questions about their repair order to the Service Advisor or other appropriate individual.
