1. Cash Handling & Sales

• Process customer orders and payments accurately (cash, card, e-wallet)
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently
• Issue receipts and ensure correct transactions

• Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing stock
• Ensure products are fresh and properly displayed                                                                                                                           

5. Hygiene & Safety

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
• Use proper handling procedures for food and beverages                                                                                                                

6. Promotion & Upselling

• Promote combo sets and promotional offers
• Encourage upselling to increase sales
• Support marketing campaigns at concession counters                                                                                                                    

7. Team Support

• Work closely with usher, ticketing, and operations teams
• Assist during peak hours and events
• Follow instructions from supervisors or team leaders

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in cashiering or F&B service is a plus (fresh candidates welcome)
• Basic math and cash handling skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Friendly attitude and ability to work under pressure
