● Strong interest in content creation, social media, and digital storytelling.
● Basic skills in photo/video editing and content tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar.
● Good written communication skills in English; Khmer is an advantage.
● Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
● Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work in a fast-paced team environment.
