KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Content Planning & Strategy: Develop and refine creative concepts for various platforms, ensuring alignment with overall brand goals.
• Provide support in developing the script and crafting the storytelling framework prior to shooting.
• Media Production Management: Coordinate end-to-end production processes & creation (e.g., short videos, vlog, podcast, filming, editing, finalization) and manage schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Collaboration & Coordination: Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to fulfill project objectives, deadlines, and quality benchmarks.
• Quality Assurance & Performance Tracking: Ensure all deliverables maintain brand consistency and evaluate project performance to recommend improvements.
• Innovation & Trend Analysis: Keep up-to-date with emerging trends in content marketing and media production, proposing new ideas for enhanced engagement.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all content adheres to legal, ethical, and copyright guidelines and manage any potential risks or controversies that could arise from published content

JOB REQUIREMENTS
(Education, Qualification/Skills/Behaviors, and Related Experiences)
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Production, Communications, preferably Tourism and Hospitality Management.
Experience
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
MS Office and Software
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Cap Cut), familiarity with social media platforms, and basic project management skills.
Other Skills
• Strong communication, attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
