Cost Monitoring & Analysis:
Track and analyze F&B costs against budgets, prepare variance reports, and recommend improvements. Support menu costing and price adjustments with culinary and F&B teams.
Inventory & Purchasing Control:
Supervise receiving and stock processes, maintain accurate inventory records, and conduct regular stock counts. Ensure proper storage to minimize waste and loss.
System & Operational Control:
Audit POS/PMS data accuracy, verify compliance with purchasing and issuing procedures, and address cost inefficiencies.
Reporting & Coordination:
Prepare cost reports for management, coordinate with Finance and Operations teams, and assist with month-end closing and audits.
Compliance & Standards:
Ensure adherence to IHG financial policies, internal audit standards, and local food safety/HACCP regulations.

职位要求

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Hospitality Management.
2–4 years of cost control experience in a 4–5-star hotel environment.
Strong Excel and financial analysis skills.
Proficiency in hotel systems (PMS, POS, MC, FMC, or similar).
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills in English (Khmer an advantage).
