People
- Provide support to dentist and other team members
- Encourage effective teamwork  Report all issues of importance to the appropriate people
- Work closely with dentist in a professional and appropriate manner
Customer Service
- Greet and care for all patients within your care in a polite and courteous manner at all times
- Always be aware of patients’ confidentially and data (health history) protection
- Inform reception of any reason to delay next appointment
- Be fully conversant with all emergency and evaluation procedures
- Promote a professional image of the company at all time
- Maintain in all treatment cares, ensuring that dentists are chaperoned at all times when treating patients
Clinical
- Assistant patient into treatment, settle them in the chair and prepare them for treatment  Provide patients with personal protective equipment
- Ensure all lab work is checked and available prior to patient arrival
- Develop and file all X-ray, whilst adhering to the relevant safety procedures
- Maintain a clean environment during treatment
- Clean and sterilize all instruments after each patient, adhering to the company policy on cross regulations
- Escort the patient form the treatment and when necessary to the reception& waiting area
- Ensure all equipment is maintained as per manufacturers instructions and are cleared appropriately
- Responsible room and switch equipment on/in the morning and ensure it is switch off again at the end of each working session
- Ensure that adequate material and equipment are available
- Ensure that all repairs are reported promptly to the line manager
- Make temporary crown to patients
- Take X-ray.

- Be aware of the company business strategy; provide optimum use of all treatment time, maintain equipment and adopt efficient use of materials.
Environment
- Ensure waiting areas, corridors, stairs and immediate external areas are kept tidy and free of hazards in line with health and safety requirements
- Always be vigilant and always report any problem or concerns to the practice manager immediately.

Experience
- Experience candidate in primary dental care, practice or equivalence in secondary dental care
Education & Training
- At least high school degree
- National certificate of dental nursing
- English and Mathematic at standard grade or equivalence
Skills
- Customer care skill and good communication skill
- Ability to communication in English
Personal Qualities (Include things like honesty/integrity, work commitment, hardworking, flexibility, work transparency, Serving heart to work with customer .ect.)
- Good interpersonal skill
