● Assist dentists during examinations and procedures by preparing instruments, materials, and treatment areas.
● Welcome patients, help them feel at ease, and explain basic visit steps with a friendly, caring approach.
● Sterilize dental tools, maintain infection control standards, and keep clinical rooms clean and organized.
● Support patient record handling, appointment coordination, and accurate update of treatment information.
● Prepare dental supplies and equipment before procedures, ensuring everything is ready for smooth operations.
● Monitor patient comfort during treatment and report concerns promptly to the dentist or clinic team.

职位要求

● Previous experience as a dental assistant, clinic assistant, or healthcare support role is preferred.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, patient-focused attitude.
● Basic knowledge of dental procedures, sterilization, and infection control practices is an advantage.
● Able to work carefully, follow instructions, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced clinical environment.
● Comfortable assisting with patient preparation, records, appointments, and front-desk coordination.
● Able to work in Phnom Penh and collaborate effectively with dentists and clinic staff.
