  • Lead all digital transformation initiatives to ensure full alignment with the company's strategic goals and business objectives.
  • Own and govern the delivery of digital and non-digital projects (plan, coordinate, and manage).
  • Develop project plans, business requirements (BRD), project scopes, functional specifications, timelines, and budgets, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver projects on time.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve issues quickly.
  • Ensure projects comply with regulations and internal policies.
  • Conduct project reviews and recommend continuous improvements opportunities.
  • Integrate digital solutions with existing systems and operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Provide creative tech solutions for partners.
  • Stay updated on market trends and develop sales processes to acquire new business.
  • Conduct market surveys and track industry growth and competitors.
  • Develop monthly digital and social media strategies to boost sales.
  • Support other business or non-business projects as assigned.

职位要求

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Project management, Marketing, or a related field
  • 4-5 years of experience in digital projects or the insurance sector
  • Knowledge of digital tools, platforms, and project workflows
  • Experience with internal teams and external vendors
  • Strong computer skills; proficient in project management and office software
  • Good time management and ability to resolve issues under pressure
  • Strong verbal and written communication in both English and Khmer
  • Able to lead projects independently and meet tight deadlines
