  • Develop and implement the school’s digital strategy and technology roadmap
  • Oversee management of IT infrastructure, network systems, and cybersecurity
  • Supervise IT personnel and coordinate daily technology operations
  • Manage development and improvement of internal digital platforms and applications
  • Support integration of digital tools used in teaching and learning
  • Establish policies related to data protection, cybersecurity, and digital access
  • Monitor system performance and ensure continuity of technology services
  • Manage relationships with technology vendors and external service providers
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements
  • Prepare technology development plans and budgets
  • Provide strategic technology guidance to school leadership
  • Ensure compliance with relevant digital governance and security standards

职位要求

  • Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 8–10 years experience in IT or digital systems leadership
  • Experience managing technology infrastructure and enterprise systems
  • Strong knowledge of network administration, cybersecurity, and digital systems architecture
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
  • Ability to manage technology budgets and external vendors
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
