A Great Opportunity for ...

  1. Job Purpose The Event Associate is responsible for organize events such as choosing venues, approving menus, developing seating plans, and evaluating success afterward and other assign tasks that is assigned by event supervisor.
  2. Key Duties and Responsibilities Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Works closely with Event Team to ensure all required tasks are accomplished and complete on day-of-event.
  • Discuss layout options with clients and conduct venue walk-thru.
  • Oversees order of events and maintains appearance of event site.
  • Manages logistics in preparation for events including setting up displays, presentations, and equipment.
  • Maintains client and vendor relationships, and serves as point of contact on day of-event.
  • Greets and directs guest to the event site.
  • Provide chalkboard signage and decorative accents for special events.
  • Communicating group needs with the contacts and the appropriate departments.
  • Executing and following through with events

  1. Skills and Capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree of hospitality/hotel management, marketing and advertising or business management
  • At least three years’ experience working in the planning or related field
  • Be able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure
  • Team spirit player
