1. Sales Performance

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Promote products and services to customers
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase basket size
• Monitor sales trends and suggest improvements                                                                                                                             

2. Customer Service

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in product selection
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Build positive relationships with customers
• Ensure a pleasant shopping experience                                                                                                                                               

3. Product Knowledge

• Maintain strong knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions
• Update customers about new arrivals, offers, and discounts
• Ensure correct product information is communicated                                                                                                                  

4. Merchandising & Display

• Ensure shelves are well-stocked, clean, and properly arranged
• Follow merchandising standards and display guidelines
• Support promotional displays and in-store campaigns                                                                                                                

5. Inventory Support

• Monitor stock levels and report shortages
• Assist with stock receiving, checking, and replenishment
• Help minimize stock loss, damage, or shrinkage                                                                                                                                    

6. Store Operations Support

• Assist in daily store operations as required
• Follow opening and closing procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store                                                                                                                                 

7. Reporting

• Record sales transactions accurately using POS systems
• Provide feedback on customer demand and product performance
• Support supervisors with sales reports
   

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• 1–2 years of experience in retail or sales (FMCG preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Sales-oriented mindset with good interpersonal skills
• Basic computer and POS system knowledge
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
