Job Summary
Orienta International Hospital is seeking a Facility Manager to oversee building operations, maintenance, safety, and service reliability in a busy healthcare environment. This role ensures smooth daily operations, compliance, and a safe, efficient facility for patients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
● Lead all facility operations, maintenance, and repair activities across hospital premises.
● Plan and monitor preventive maintenance for electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and civil systems.
● Ensure compliance with HSE, fire safety, and healthcare facility standards and procedures.
● Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to deliver timely services and projects.
● Monitor utilities, equipment performance, and facility budgets to improve efficiency and control cost.
● Manage incident response, inspections, and corrective actions to maintain a safe environment.
● Support space planning, renovations, and equipment installations with minimal disruption.
● Prepare reports, maintenance records, and action plans for management review.

● Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical field.
● Proven experience in facility or building operations management, ideally in a hospital setting.
● Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and safety systems.
● Familiarity with HSE requirements, fire prevention, and compliance practices.
● Ability to lead teams, supervise contractors, and manage maintenance schedules.
● Strong problem-solving, coordination, and decision-making skills.
● Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
● Experience managing budgets, utilities, and preventive maintenance programs.
● Ability to respond quickly to operational issues in a fast-paced environment.
● Proficiency in reporting, documentation, and Microsoft Office tools.
