A Good Opportunity for ..

• Lead the IP RAN planning team in designing and dimensioning the IP transport network supporting Cellcard's radio access network.
• Develop IP RAN network architecture, capacity plans, and technology roadmaps to support network growth and service quality.
• Review and approve network designs, IP addressing schemes, and routing plans prepared by team members.
• Coordinate with RAN, transmission, and core planning teams to ensure end-to-end network design consistency.
• Guide the evaluation of new IP RAN technologies and vendor solutions to improve network performance and cost efficiency.
• Monitor IP RAN network performance and capacity utilization, planning upgrades to prevent congestion or service issues.
• Mentor and develop team members, ensuring quality and consistency of planning deliverables.

职位要求

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in IP RAN or IP network planning, with some experience leading a team.
• Strong knowledge of IP/MPLS networking, routing protocols, and RAN transport architecture.
• Proven experience in network capacity planning, dimensioning, and vendor solution evaluation.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
