Job Summary
Finance Manager at SOR YIM TRANSPORTATION CO.,Ltd in Phnom Penh (Dangkao) leads daily finance operations, reporting, budgeting, and compliance. This role supports business growth by strengthening controls, improving cash flow, and delivering accurate financial insights.

Key Responsibilities
● Lead daily finance operations, including AP/AR, cash flow, reconciliations, and month-end close.
● Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports, budgets, and forecasts for leadership.
● Monitor costs, analyze variances, and recommend actions to improve profitability and efficiency.
● Ensure tax, audit, and regulatory compliance with local accounting standards and company policies.
● Strengthen internal controls, financial procedures, and approval processes across the business.
● Coordinate with banks, auditors, vendors, and internal teams to support smooth operations.

● Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA/ACCA is a strong advantage.
● 5+ years of finance/accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
● Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and internal controls.
● Experience in logistics, transportation, or a similar operational business is preferred.
● Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software; ERP system experience is an advantage.
● Good understanding of tax compliance, audit preparation, and local accounting practices.
● Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
● Able to work in Phnom Penh, Dangkao, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
