Key Responsibilities
● Identify and approach potential clients to promote suitable insurance solutions.

● Follow up on leads, prepare proposals, and support policy applications end to end.
● Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
● Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and after-sales service.

● Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
● Prior experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
● Good relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
● Basic knowledge of financial or insurance products is an advantage.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using digital tools.
● Willing to work in Phnom Penh, Chamkar Mon, and engage with clients regularly.
