Job Summary
Lead the overall operations of ORIENDA INTERNATIONAL HOSPITAL in Phnom Penh, ensuring high-quality patient care, strong business performance, and efficient cross-department coordination. This role oversees strategy, service excellence, compliance, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
● Provide strategic direction and manage daily hospital operations across all departments.
● Drive service quality, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
● Lead department heads to achieve performance, financial, and growth targets.
● Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
● Oversee budgeting, resource planning, and cost control to support business objectives.
● Build a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and excellence.
● Strengthen relationships with doctors, staff, patients, partners, and stakeholders.
● Monitor key operational metrics and implement improvements where needed.

● Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
● Proven experience in hospital or healthcare management, preferably in a senior leadership role.
● Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management skills.
● Solid understanding of hospital operations, quality standards, and patient service.
● Experience in budgeting, performance management, and operational planning.
● Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
● Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
● Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
