● Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
● Support reservations, confirmations, amendments, and cancellations accurately.
● Coordinate with front office and other teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals.
● Update booking records and maintain correct information in the system.
● Assist guests with special requests and provide clear hotel service information.
● Monitor availability and report booking or service issues to the team.

职位要求

● Experience in hospitality, hotel, or customer service is preferred.
● Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
● Detail-oriented with the ability to work accurately under pressure.
● Familiar with reservation systems, MS Office, and basic computer tools.
● Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong guest service mindset.
● Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
