An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • By-law development/review: Develop/improve products/services that are tailored to corporate needs (Overdraft Facility(OD), Revolving Loan (RL), Fixed Loan (FL)/Bullet Payment Loan (BPL), Term Loan (TL), Cash Back Loan (CBL).etc).
  • Explore opportunities and recommend strategies for cross selling of products and services.
  • Cross sell Structured Trade & Commodity Finance-, Treasury- and Payment products.
  • Plan and develop strategies and KPIs for achieving annual target of the department.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions and prepare credit applications for new loan facilities for Corporate Banking clients ,Present and defend Corporate Banking credit applications in the Credit Committee.
  • Analyze financial structure and risk management of the business performance for approval the loan of company’s large size corporate.
  • Oversee the process of granting loans to the corporation, compliance with the credit regulation policies, and other management related functions.
  • Oversee client acceptance and on-boarding procedures by conducting due diligence and documents review.
  • Responsible for originating and managing       the relationships with corporates outside the bank.
  • Timely renewal of the credit facilities to ensure the proper monitoring of client’s credit and account performance.
  • Conducted annual review and propose for updating the Existing policies.
  • Ongoing development of training to improve staff capacity.
  • Further develop the internal structures for Corporate Banking.
