A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Recruit staff by surfing through LinkedIn, Facebook, Telegram and other websites
  • Managing all new staff Personal Information Sheet and updating personal record
  • Preparing employee contract & orientation for the new staff joined
  • Assisting in setting Finger print for new employee and managing attendance report
  • Making administrative expenses daily, monthly and yearly
  • Managing all inventories, assets, goods and materials used inside and outside the office
  • Taking responsibility for management of office equipment
  • Maintaining, and retaining all documentation required by section follow to S5
  • Distributing document received from HR to relevant departments
  • Managing IT related tasks such as printers, copier toners maintenance
  • Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment
  • Develop rule and regulation for better standard
  • Provides appropriate consultation to managers and employees on HR policies
  • Coordinate with Labor Law Inspector check all comply base on Cambodia Labor Law
  • Organizes corporate events such as company annual party, company trip….
  • Performing other duties as assigned by Manager

  • Graduated Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Laws, Business Administration….
  • 1 or 2 years experiences in HR roles
  • Strong Communication skill
  • Knowledge in MS Office and English language
  • Problem Solving and analysis
  • Creative, independent, and positive thinking
