• Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Develop and update job descriptions, job specifications in collaboration with department managers.
• Source candidates through multiple channels (job boards, pages, social media, referrals, agencies, etc.).
• Screen resumes and applications and conduct initial phone or face-to-face interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare job offers and support in employment contract preparation.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and talent pipelines.
• Provide timely updates and feedback to the selected candidates.
• Ensure recruitment processes are compliant with company policies and procedures
• Assist in onboarding new employees to ensure smooth integration.
• Perform other tasks as required by HR manager.
