An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Handle for recruitment to fulfill the vacancy of each BUs timely
  • Work closely with all BUs head to recruit right candidate for each positions
  • Support all BUs as requested with approval on recruitment
  • Support on arranging event organizing of company namely Women’s Day, Company Party/Trip, CSR Program, etc
  • Support and deal with local authority/officer from related ministries if any
  • Work with recruitment agency to fulfill the right candidate timely for critical role
  • Make sure all files/document are neatly & well prepared
  • Control candidate pool effectively
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager

职位要求

  • 2-3 years of experience in HR or recruiter role in logistics industry or from recruitment agency handing candidate for logistics clients
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and the local language
  • IT literacy (MS Office).
  • Good skill of Interpersonal communication, interviewing, negotiation and critical thinking 
  • Be responsible, flexible, good customer service mindset, positive attitude, detail-oriented, dynamic and hard-working
  • Own transportation
