- Driving organizational effectiveness, enhancing employee performance, and managing competitive compensation and benefits programs

- Aligning HR strategies with business objectives, improving organizational structure, and ensuring fair and equitable reward systems
- Develop and implement performance management systems, including KPIs and competency frameworks
- Ensure policies are aligned with company strategy and legal requirements
- Collaborate with HR teams (Recruitment, L&D, HRBP) to deliver integrated HR solutions

职位要求

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree: Human Resources
- usiness Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to OD and Compensation & Benefits
- Proven experience in organizational design, performance management, and compensation structuring
- Fluent in Enlish and Thai is priority
- Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices
