What are we expecting from this role?

Providing excellent customer service and support via telecommunication

Recieving phone calls from/to customers and response to their questions, orders, complaints, or concerns

Following communication scripts and using knowledge of the company’s products and services

Handling a high volume of calls in a timely manner
