A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

• Execute retail concepts and develop stacking plans for all shopping malls.

• Support the Sales Manager to achieve division deadlines and objectives, collaborating with mall management to ensure optimum occupancy and desired tenant mix.

• Lease available space based on assignment.

• Identify, attract, and engage with potential tenants in line with the mall’s positioning strategy.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and internal teams to resolve leasing and operational issues.

• Ensure compliance with Chip Mong Retail’s policies, procedures, and regulations.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Leasing Manager.

职位要求

Strong knowledge of retail concepts, tenant mix planning, and leasing practices.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to track and interpret performance metrics.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
