• Install, configure and debug SAN/NAS storage,  servers, GPU servers,  conduct RAID setup, firmware upgrade and system testing
• Perform on-site fault diagnosis, DOA handling, hardware installation, commissioning, migration, test, and emergency troubleshooting
• Perform data center storage or computing project implementation, coordinate acceptance with enterprise & government customers
• Assist tender technical document review, POC, technical consultation and solution validation
• Prepare delivery documents, operation logs and acceptance reports
 

• Bachelor degree in IT, Network, Computer Engineering or relevant majors
• Practical experience with X86 server, GPU server and enterprise storage deployment
• Understand Linux basics, RAID, FC/iSCSI, storage pooling and LUN management
• Hands-on data center or large ICT project delivery experience is preferred
• Good technical English for manuals and global team communication
• Experience with Huawei/Dell/HPE equipment & relevant certifications (HCIP/HCIE, Dell Certified) are advantages
• Preferred Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to support IT functions and projects.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V.
