A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Responsible for submission of Annual, Quarterly, and Monthly Statistical Communication Reports, Quality of Service (QoS) Reports, Cost-Based Reports, Base Station Installation Reports, Mobile Data Reports, Annual Gross Revenue Reports, and Radio and Microwave License Renewals.
  • Assist the Manager in drafting, translating documents.
  • Meet with government representatives to discuss regulatory requirements, deliver documents, and ensure compliance with relevant authorities.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to offer legal guidance and representation for compliance-related matters as needed.
  • Responsible for daily reports on Internet Service Provider (ISP) bandwidth usage and website blocking activities to TRC.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Legal Manager to support departmental and organizational objectives.

职位要求

  • Bachelor’s degree in law, or a related field.
  • 1–3+ years of experience as a legal assistant, or in a corporate legal department, preferably within tech or regulated industries.
  • Good interpersonal and communication for both verbal and written skills in English and Chinese is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines, strong organizational skills, and high discretion with confidential information.
  • Be able to use MS Word, Excel, Power Point.
