• Own and deliver banca cluster revenue, profitability, and achieve banca sales targets

• Drive sales productivity, conversion, and customer experience

• Ensure effective rollout of products, campaigns, and sales initiatives across distribution

• Provide Banca sales training, capability building through coaching and mentoring, and sales enablement programs

• Support customer-facing activities, sales clinics, roadshows, and joint sales calls

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred

• 3–5 years of experience in bancassurance, life insurance, retail banking, or financial services

• Strong preference for candidates with Life Insurance and bancassurance experience

• Proven track record in delivering sales growth through banking distribution channels

• Experience working with branch networks, relationship managers, or sales teams

• Strong understanding of insurance products, particularly savings, endowment, and protection products

• Experience in sales coaching, capability development, and performance management

• Familiarity with banking operations, customer acquisition, and relationship management

• Experience working in regulated financial services environments
