Role Summary

Nalia Skin Cambodia is looking for a Marketing & Project Executive who will support and execute marketing campaigns, manage content flow, coordinate influencers, and oversee day-to-day project operations for Nalia Skin and related brand activities. This role requires someone highly organized, creative, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment

Marketing & Campaign Execution

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, product launches, pop-ups, and seasonal activations
• Prepare and manage marketing calendars and campaign timelines
• Ensure smooth execution of marketing activities across team

Content & Social Media Coordination

• Monitor daily social media content and posting schedules
• Coordinate content production with designers, photographers, and creators
• Support content planning, captions, and visual direction
• Assist with simple graphic design when needed

Influencer Management

• Handle influencer outreach, communication, and coordination
• Manage product seeding and track content delivery
• Maintain influencer database and relationships

Project Coordination

• Manage multiple projects and ensure deadlines are met
• Coordinate between internal teams and external vendors

Track progress and support execution from planning to delivery

• 1- 3 years of experience in marketing, brand coordination, project management, or related fields
• Experience in social media management, influencer coordination, or campaign execution is a plus
• Experience working in fast-paced or multi project environments is highly preferred

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields
• Fresh graduates with strong internship or practical experience may be considered
