Scope of working : Marketing Director: is responsible for leading and directing marketing, sales, business development.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Develops marketing strategies to support overall strategies, objectives, and drives for business growth of company.
Develops feasible operational marketing plans for across business units.
Sets and monitors marketing goals, objectives or KPIs across business units.
Works with sales, business development, and other concerned teams to ensure strategies and campaigns are well-executed.
Designs and drives promotional campaigns, PR and other tactical marketing efforts across channels.
Provides support in the design and production of visual marketing tools.
Provides guidance on a unified approach to customer service, tenants’ requirements, etc. to meet market demands.
Analyzes market intelligence and adjusts or improves strategies as needed.
Builds a highly capable team of marketing professionals across business units.
Creates a solid network of strategic partnerships, reviews and manages marketing contents.
Manage marketing budget.

Qualification & Requirement:

MA/BA in marketing, advertising, business management or a related field.
Good knowledge of CRM and digital marketing
Good knowledge of marketing intelligence analysis
8 years of extensive experience in sales, marketing management and business development.
extensive knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
excellent project management abilities
excellent communication and presentation skills
excellent organizational skills and strategic planning abilities.
